Cafe Coast & Meeting Rooms are delighted to play host to the first Inspire Emergency First Aid at Work training course, to be held on Thursday, April 6th.

Inspire PTL,  who support people with learning disabilities and additional support needs across the North-east, and is Inspire Ventures (who run Cafe Coast) sister charity, have launched an Emergency First Aid at Work training course.

Delivered by engaging, accredited trainers, this course delivers vital skills training to businesses across the region that could save lives. Borne out of the importance Inspire places on the highest standards of first aid amongst its own staff, the charity is now able to extend this high-calibre training offer. Accredited by Safecert Awards and Abertay College, trainees will achieve a SCQF Level 6 qualification. Aiming to increase confidence and impart knowledge, this practical course enables trainees to trust in their own skills if faced with an emergency first aid situation in the workplace.

Delivered at Cafe Coast & Meeting Rooms, as well as the charity’s other offices across the North-east, or in a business’s own premises, this course delivers life-saving instruction and training, including the use of CPR dummies.

The first Emergency First Aid at Work course will run on Thursday 6th April, from 9.30am – 4.30pm. Places cost £75.00 per person, and the course will be held at the Inspire building, Beach Boulevard, Aberdeen. For more information and to book your place, contact kevin.forrest@inspiremail.org.uk.
